Leadership Facilitation
addresses the skills for advanced facilitation and coaching in
the face of chaos, accelerating change, the pressing issues of
autonomy and competing demands of work and life. It supports the
capacity to remain centered and grounded as a leader, facilitator
and coach, while dealing with unexpected challenges.
When leaders are grounded,
balanced, focused and are communicating from the heart, the practice
of leading, coaching or developing an organization becomes
significantly easier. Resistance diminishes and creativity emerges.
Individuals experience breakthroughs, teams come together and change
is facilitated with an unexpected acceleration. Since time is
costly, clients respond positively the more quickly they see
results.
Facilitative leaders need to innovate and execute in the moment, to
"think on their feet".
Leadership Facilitation
teaches leaders to become
flexible and adaptable, challenge when required, become graceful
under pressure and model the skills they are presenting. It
also enables leaders to create learning environments in which,
participants seek and find their own solutions to simple or complex
issues.
