Conversations That Matter shares the basics of dialogue that apply to all aspects of life. You and your organization will become more adept at healthy self talk, one-on-one communications and large group interaction.  This is a proactive process of conversation that enhances our capability to work with differences, gain extraordinary focus and clarity and foster resolution to personal and organizational stumbling blocks.
