This checkup and feedback process hopes to model what it is measuring.  It is a bit outrageous and bold in its use of language to inspire new thinking, as well as, to educate.  It is designed to meet the emerging leadership needs of businesses and organizations in an ever-changing environment. Our intention is to facilitate new ways to respond in the fast paced, unpredictable, turbulent and technologically challenging world in which many of us live.

The Leadership Vitality Checkup assesses key factors that enable individuals and teams to be innovative, collaborative, passionate and have an impact.   Our purpose for assessing these key factors is to polish the brilliance that may be undiscovered, lost, forgotten or hidden under stressful work/life situations.  These factors may simply need locating, identification, acknowledgement or permission to soar. 

Using the 360° feedback tool, you can increase your self-understanding in relation to how others perceive you.  It also informs you how well your intentions are in alignment with how others experience you. Our goal is to enable your most vital self to emerge in whatever situations you find yourself.
